Payment from Retail Customers
- The best payment is cash in A$, US $, traveler cheque , Visa, Master ,Eftpos, Yen
- We do not accept American Express, Diner , Thai Bath, Taiwan $
Always ask if they have Visa , It?s better than American Express
- Credit card -always check the signature , if suspect please ask for passport or proof of ID
Always write your name on the back side of white slip
- Must check exchange rate before telling the customers
- Always receive payment before giving the products to customers
- Always receive payment from customers one by one
- Use calculator if need , you can make a mistake by using only your brain calculation
- Do not discount $0.30, $0.50 because small money help the profit margin
How to handle group tour ? Thai or Chinese
- Supervisor will inform staff before group arrive
Plan before who will sell what products
- When group arrive - greeting with warm welcome
- Introduced important products , speak loudly & clear
- Find tour leader , ask them to sign tour details , give a gift & name card
- Must follow price instruction, don?t change price without permission
- Fast service & everybody must help, both Chinese & Thai Staff
- If customers come more than one group , do not be shy to ask what company? Tour name? If customers ask why do we ask ? please tell them we need to keep record for MYOB account report
