Outstanding Payment More than 60 days Policy
Lanopearl will send a reminder letter for immediate payment - for account over 60 days.
Please be informed that we will not dispatch the goods until the amount over 60 days has been paid.
(Even for customers who wish to pay COD to make new order during the clearing time, we still cannot deliver the goods unless approved by marketing manager)
Outstanding Payment More than 90 Days Policy
Lanopearl will charge 15% per annual for amount owing more than 90 days.
We will send monthly extra charge of interest to customers unless payment
has been paid. Please inform us earlier if you have difficulty in payment to
avoid black list.
Please be aware that owing more than 90 days make the credit limit down
grade to ”payment before delivery” which means you need to deposit in our account or pay by credit card before delivery only. You need to build up your credit with us again, it will take 6 months to 1 year to observe the payment pattern and we will give you 30 days credit term again( if your payment is good during 6 months).
Outstanding Payment More than 120 Days Policy
We are sorry to inform you that we will ask our solicitor to contact you for
immediate payment and you may need to pay for the cost of the solicitor’s fee.
