When customers have problems with our products eg allergy, please ask customers
to fill in this form and Fax to us
Note : please recommend customers who have sensitive skin to use only our
sensitive skin rang to prevent the problems. For group tour - if the group
is between 20-30 person please ask if they have sensitive skin. Also, separate the sensitive
skin group. We ask them to wait until you finish explaining to the normal skin
group and later you can introduce Lanopearl sensitive products to this particular group.
