General requirement for sole distributor.
- Name :
- We prefer to set up Lanopearl or Re-Birth + country company name only eg lanopearl(Thailand)Co Ltd.
- If it is a joint name with Lanopearl , new name needs to be approved by Lanopearl Australia
- Investment :
- Minimum investment for whole country distributor is $ 10,000 depend on country's population, income etc
- Bank statement need to shown before signing a contract
- Minimum deposit of $2,000-$5,000 before signing a contract ( will refund if FDA application is not successful)
- Minimum first order after approval from health department $10,000 - $20,000
- General qualification of the owner
- Pro active , positive thinking, passion in health & beauty business Your lead a healthy lifestyle.
- Commitment to long term investment (min 5-10 years) expects the result within 2 - 3 years. Able to build the Lanopearl Brand in the long term
- We prefer no middle man (agent) you need to sell directly to customers in order to understand the market.
- Experience in health & beauty business - minimum 1 year or experience in retail or wholesale in other business at lease 5 years. For employee-must have 5 years experience in marketing field.
- Able to open company & apply certificate within 6-12 months
- Able to set up office, show room , store room and experience team with in 9 months after sign contract
- Able to do operation in sale, marketing & basic market research
- The owner need to contribute time in first year and ongoing year until business is stable
- Focus on enough volume (as per agreement) in order to make enough profit
- Must be able to distribute to all major cities and spread products to every city & town within 3 years
- Good communication skills
- You have second person to support you in this business
- Selling the successful business to others needs to be approved by Lanopearl
- Decoration & artwork must be approved by Lanopearl Company during first year of operation. Major artwork & decoration still needs to approved by Lanopearl in the following year.
- Distribution Channel
- Distributor Channel needs to follow the style of Lanopearl in sale, marketing, distribution, packaging, permits & licenses. Different idea will be accepted by discussion & approval by Lanopearl
- Distributor must not change the presentation of products such as the
packaging & color scheme.
- Distributor must not sell other products that will be conflicted with lanopearl products.
- Distributor must not have sub distribution unless approved by Lanopearl
- Type of distribution
- Co-partner country distribution: distributor will help themselves in marketing & operation. Distributor needs to show us the photo of the activity (via e mail)
- Yearly business plan submission to Lanopearl once per a month before financial year start. Every Six months business report must show and state to growth discussion.
- No loyalty fee but Lanopearl will quote for all the cost of service. Free Marketing Support Lanopearl will supply exiting artwork, advertising, documents, training document according to actual cost
- Distribution period: 3+3+3 years (review every 3 years)
- Office & show room & warehouse & stationery
- All decoration & floor plan & color need to be approved by Lanopearl
- Warehouse should be under 30c temperature
- Office should present Lanopearl color theme
- All staffs should wear Lanopearl uniform
- Branding
- Distributor needs to understand brand character & present the brand correctly ( color, style, positioning , price , image)
- Focus on brand value for long term benefit
- Price & payment
- Lanopearl will offer the best price possible, distributor should get at lease 40-60% gross profit
- Price are set in Lanopearl export price list & maybe reviewed every year Our policy is not to increase price except under uncontrollable and unexpected condition.
- If price increase we will inform ypu within 60 days notice
- Oversea payment by TT or LC , partly( 50%) credit may be provided after 1 year of trading with credit limited.
- Distributor must control the payment strictly in order to be in L group customers ( L group will get better offer & support )
- Marketing
- Marketing plan needs to be submitted 1 month before financial year start & approval & discussion first before action
- At lease 10% of budget must contribute to advertising & promotion ( 5% contribute by Lanopearl every 6 months (next order credit note) , 5 % by distributor - needs to summarise the expense or show picture)
- Art work of English newsletter supplied every 2-3 month ( you can modify in your own language).
- Artwork of advertisement will be provided in English or Chinese depending on the campaign
- Free gift promotion will be recommend 2 months before promotion
- Published in magazine & newspapers will send to you (for sample) with the order or Separate.
- Shelf design, product display & shelf display condition will be supply
- Major event should be held at least once a year for promotion eg launch new products, yearly award function
- Exhibition (health &beauty)
- Radio & magazine & brochure advertising is important
- Free sample include sachet of 2% of total invoice will be contributed by Lanopearl
- If the need of sachet more than 2%, distributor need to pay for the cost ( or we can send bulk to pack in your country & supply art work)
- Distributor need to have system of keeping database of customers, sale area & map & customers group
- At lease one marketing manager who has minimum 4 years experience.
- Sales team
- Within 6 months distributor should have at lease 1-2 sale person , sale manager should have at least 4 years experience in beauty field
- Sales team need to be trained every month & discuss potential problems
- Growth
- Distributor should increase total sale at least 10-20 % / year
- Should make at least 10-15% return of investment
- Total stock should be 2-3 months supply
- Cost of stock should be 2-3 times of total sale
- Volume
- Yearly order should be more than $10,000 in order to make profit
- New products
- Lanopearl will launch new products at least 6 products per year and may discontinue some products if need
- If distributor want to make new products , minimum volume of 2000 units or as per agreement
- System & report
- Distributor need to develop written system of operation within 2 years after signing a contract , the system must include problems & solution
- 6 months report to Lanopearl , yearly plan one month before financial year
- Intellectual property & confidentiality
- Trade mark will be register by Lanopearl cost but distributor must protect the trademark
- Register of certificate will be distributor cost
- Distributor must keep all information confidentially & must not use information to create their own brand
- Liability and insurance
- Distributor is responsible for the liability of the products while in possession.
- Distributor are encouraged to have insurance for products in warehouse.
- Termination
- Each party is able to terminate this contract with 60 days notice if each party is in breach of its obligations under this agreement
- Quality & return policy
- If distributor find out that the products is not in standard please inform Lanopearl within 7 days
- Please note that most cream must not expose to the sunlight. Best to keep under 30C . You can recommend customer to keep in the fridge but not compulsory if you will finish within 3-6 months .
- Training
- English & Chinese product manual will be provided
- Part of VCD of product presentation of company will be provided
- Training for staff should set up at least once every 2 months
- All staff must pass the exam of " basic sale level 1" every staff must know all the products & use some of the products ( free products for staff)

- We supply products with our Lanopearl display shelf only.
- Need to have customer's database & strategy plan for target customers
- Total sale should be increase at least 10% per year
- Total purchase from Lanopearl Australia should increase at least 10/year.
- Report of total sale should be done monthly or quarterly.
- Price
- Pricing control to be the same (with shelf talk indicate the price)
- Price will be the same for the whole country
- Wholesale discount will be depend on the volume
- Lanopearl policy is not to increase the price but will lower the price
if customers buy more. This is applicable for wholesale customer only

- Advertising support according to sales performance, we will give 20% - 50% of the total cost of advertising. ( plan 6 months in advance )
- Artwork, poster, and brochure support. Standard ones will be provided but for local promotions, it will be on your cost.
- Registration support by Lanopearl is free of charge / payment is required if Australian government charge

- Monthly training to update product info to staff
